The WA Wrestling Team hosted its first Varsity Invitational of the season with players from Beverly, Foxborough, Londonderry, St. John’s Preparatory, and Weymouth. WA began the day with a 33-45 loss against Londonderry, but continued with a 48-30 victory over Foxborough and a 42-38 win against Weymouth. The concluding game against Beverly ended in a 27-52 defeat.  

The team will have its next game on Wednesday, Dec. 14 in the WA main gym at 6 p.m. against Boston Latin School.
