The boys varsity volleyball team fell Monday afternoon on the road against rival Acton-Boxboro at their game played at Acton Boxboro Regional High School. The team went on to lose the first three sets they played.
Genevieve Johnson, WA's newest student, returns at the age of 94 to complete her high school education, one cut short by the stress of the Great Depression making it necessary for her to work at the Abbot Mills.
"I wanted a diploma, I wanted to know that I finished school. I was very much excited. It means everything to me. It's what I wanted all my life, to finish school," she said.
