Art students of all levels and classes had the opportunity to pick pieces of art to display at the WA Art Show. Art hangs in the bell and flag lobby this week, chosen by each artist. "We have the freedom to pick which pieces we want up in the lobbies, which is nice because we get to pick our favorites...

Yesterday night, Saturday, February 10th, WA celebrated the upcoming Chinese New Year with food, music, and performances, all exhibiting Chinese culture and tradition. Here are some photos of the Westford community ringing in the year of the dog:  

On Monday, February 5 The Fort Wayne Mastodons took on the Stetson Hatters in a night Westford Rec Basketball game. Fort Wayne led by Senior Alex Mondro and Sophomore Josh Donaruma defeated Stetson 56-47 in a hard fought game.

On Saturday, January 20th at the Chelmsford Forum, WA Boys' Varsity Ice Hockey lost to Chelmsford 4-3 in their second game of the season. Here are some photos from the game:

Westford Recreational Basketball is a fun league for people of all different levels of skill, but it is still intense and competitive. On Sunday, January 14, the Wichita State Shockers took on the Campbell Fighting Camels. The Shockers took home the win, though the game was close all the way to the end....

Westford Academy Wrestling won a hard fought match against Cambridge R&L on Wednesday, January 3rd. Great performances from Amos Richards and Rory Sullivan among others got the team along with the crowd pumped up.  

WA beat Haverhill 53-34 and advanced on to the semifinal at the Greater Lowell Holiday Tournament hosted at Westford Academy.
