Class of 2022 STUCO Officers and Representatives

On Friday, October 16, the WA Ghostwriter interviewed some of the junior candidates either running or re-running for student government. The candidates discussed their plans for the 2020-2021 school year as well as some of their qualifications for their positions.

The Ghostwriter also had the chance to talk to juniors Colin Hoar and Aaditi Padhi running for re-election for the position of student representative.

Hi, I'm a senior at WA and this is my first year as a co-managing editor and third year on the Ghostwriter! I initially joined this publication to further my skills as a writer, and in the process I have made some lifelong friends. In my free time, I write creatively, try and fail at learning to play the ukelele, rant to friends about books and tv shows at 3am, and spend an ungodly amount of time watching YouTube.

Kristen Su, Managing Editor

I’m a senior and this is my third year with the Ghostwriter. Although I initially joined for the promise of improving my writing and communication skills, I stayed for the donuts during layout sessions and unfortunate sports photos. In my free time, I enjoy name-dropping the Velvet Revolution, asseverating my ardor for superfluously Brobdingnagian words, and being justly critical of Ad Astra. My biggest flex is my grandpa and my biggest mistake is a tie between giving College Board my email and allowing the paparazzi (Keertana) to photograph me. Contrary to what Keertana and Pravar believe, Inside Out is the best Disney-Pixar movie. Ask me about my tariff joke.
