Students share thoughts on the National Honor Society
Apr 5, 2019
The National Honor Society, a club for students maintaining a leadership position, a 3.6 GPA, and at least forty volunteer hours among other requirements, elicits varied opinions from students. Many think that NHS is virtually useless and it is nothing but a title, while some believe it is a beneficial aspect of the community. The Ghostwriter asked students for their point of view on the topic.
Senior Deanna Schroeder: "I feel like it's just an image, like 'Oh, I'm in NHS, I must be smart.'"
