On the April 5, 2018, the Westford Academy Bands, led by Director George Arsenault, performed for students, parents, and faculty in the Performing Arts Center. The program began with “The Duke Ellington Project”, with pieces including Prelude to a Kiss and Sheik of Araby. The Percussion Ensemble performed Mercury Rising just before intermission. The concert then transitioned to include the Concert and Symphonic Band. Finally, the show wrapped up with the Combined Bands performing a new piece, “Westford Suite”, composed by Daniel P. Lutz specifically for the students.

The Concert Band plays the Hebrides Suite.
