Graduation is a spectacle for family, friends and graduates to celebrate all the hard work seniors have accomplished. However, setting up and putting on a graduation requires another level of dedication throughout the year. From ordering chairs to ordering diplomas, the work behind the scenes of graduation starts on the first day of school and is not finished until the tassels have been turned and caps have been thrown.
