On Thursday, Feb. 8, WA Gymnastics competed against Concord-Carlisle (CC), Cambridge Rindge & Latin (CRLS), Newton South (NS), and Acton-Boxborough (AB), coming in second place in the DCL Championships with a score of 140.2. AB barely beat the Ghosts with a first-place score of 140.92. Although coming in second, the team held an undefeated record throughout the year and became the DCL regular season champions. On top of that, senior Maggie Murphy was awarded DCL Gymnast of the Year.
