This year Black Friday will take place on November 27, 2015. Stores such as Walmart, Sears, Target, Best Buy, and JCPenny will be opening at 6:00 P.M on Thursday, November 26, 2015, Thanksgiving day. Other store opening hours depend on the location of the store. The following tips should help you through your Black Friday experience.

1. Flip through store catalogs and find some deals before you go shopping and find which place has the best deals or the items you might want to purchase

2. After you flip through the catalogs make a list of all the things you want to buy and where you will go to buy them, that way you can get to each store the fastest to avoid the lines as much as possible and get out of the congested store as soon as possible to move on to the next.

3. Go with a group. Going with a group or just one other person can be very helpful when looking for the best deals, so split up once you get inside and look for the best things to buy and then report back to each other once you do.

4. Know what size you are prior to your visit because, so when you are shopping for clothing you can avoid changing rooms and get into the lines faster.

5. Make sure you get plenty of sleep before hand, even if you nap during Thanksgiving and sleep a few more hours after so you are well energized.

6. Keep tabs on who you went with if you are going in a group or with someone else because it will be hard to stay together due to all the people running and scrambling around.

7. If you are buying a gift for someone else make sure you ask for a gift receipt when you are paying, just in case.

8. Once your visit has come to an end make sure you have all of your belongings and items you purchased before you leave, even make a self checklist if you need to.
