Westford Academy warmly welcomes a new addition to the faculty, Mrs. Constance Menice. She is a recent addition to the special education department.
Q: Welcome to Westford Academy. How was your transfer to the high school?
A: It was a new position created at WA. I was recently working in the North Middlesex Regional School District. That area encompasses Pepperell, Townsend and Ashby.
Q: What are your duties?
A: I am a student’s support teacher with a background in biology. I used to teach biology at a high school level. I co-teach in the biology foundations class.
Q: Have you held a similar position elsewhere?
A: I had taught mathematics during my time in the North Middlesex Regional School District to students that were eligible for assistance.
Q: Have you enjoyed your time at WA?
A: Yes very much.
Q: Outside of your career, do you have any sort of hobbies?
A: I’m married and have two children. I enjoy working with rescue organizations to rescue dogs in need of homes. I do have four dogs myself that have been rescued from various southern states. It makes for quite a handful. Yes, it makes for a full house.
